Longest Night

The holidays are a season of joy and laughter. But life does not always cooperate with that sentiment. Sometimes, the holidays are difficult. This is the heart of the Longest Night service: to offer a place to feel all the feelings instead of ignoring them, a place to seek the Lord in the hard stuff just as we do in the easier things.
