Women's Event: One Pilgrim's Progress
Pierce Church Women’s Ministry welcomes guest speaker Rebecca Lindsay for an evening of fellowship, teaching, and worship. Light refreshments will be available at 6:15pm, followed by the evening’s program at 7:00. There will be an opportunity for a free-will offering.
Come be encouraged as Rebecca leads us through a Bible study of the lives of Mary and Esther. See God’s faithfulness revealed to them through their great life assignments. Rebecca will also share some her own “God moments” and how the Lord’s faithfulness has sustained and blessed her. She will also challenge all of us to consider, as it says in Esther 4:14, if the Lord has called us to this very place “for such a time as this.”
About Rebecca
Rebecca Lindsay serves as the Ambassador for the University at Taylor University where she works alongside her husband, Michael, who is Taylor’s eighteenth president. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Baylor University, Rebecca is a lifelong educator, having taught every grade from elementary through high school. She received a master’s degree in education from Columbia University and homeschooled her daughters for several years. Those daughters now attend Eastbrook Community Schools, and she and her family are members of College Park Church. Rebecca enjoys walking, reading, and vacationing in Florida when not visiting family in Texas.
